90 Gallon Stainless Steel submerging tank for quickly detecting cracks, porosity, and pinholes that are not visible with conventional pressure testers.
Built in top storage shelves along with 3/8” air gun, automatic oiler, and air regulator.
Seven 22” x 9” x 3” deep lined storage drawers and a pair of adjustable v-wing pegs.
Air control instrument panel is comfortably positioned for finger tip control.
Heavy duty air cylinder that smoothly raises and lowers the cradle assembly in and out of the testing tank.
Dual 48” Overhead lights.
Tank cover and handy storage pocket.
Complete tooling with aluminum block off pads. System is completely ready for immediate use. Just add water and air.

The AXE Universal Pressure Plates Systems deliver rapid set up time, universal acceptance, and submerging capabilities that will detect pin holes hidden far up into a port.
The Pro Model has seven 22" x 9" x 3" deep lined storage drawers for tooling and fixturing.
For preparations on the cylinder head before testing the new Pro Model uses a pair of adjustable v-wing pegs for added convenience.

The Pro Model cradle system is powdered coated and uses stainless steel, non-corrosive bolts, inserts and lock handles for extended life and smooth operation. The cradle assembly can be rotated a full 360 degrees both IN and OUT of the stainless steel submerging tank for quickly pinpointing defects anywhere in the casting.
The Pro Model uses a handy turning carousel for quickly locating 2, 3, and 4 cylinder,
V-6 and V-8 applications.
6 cylinder applications are stored under the wing of the air panel The Pro model comes with 25 Universal plates,
2 light duty diesel/industrial plates, and a host of tooling.
