The UP1437 delivers rapid set-up time, universal acceptance, and under water submerging capabilities that can even detect pin holes hidden far up into a port. Testing both aluminum and cast iron automotive cylinder heads is quick and easy. Heads can be rotated 360 degrees in and out of the stainless steel submerging tank. The UP 1437 insures in-house quality control as well as a profitable money maker.

Completely Powder Coated with Stainless Steel 90 Gallon Submerging Tank, Dual 24" overhead lights, auto oiler and air regulator, 23 Universal Plates, Built in Storage Drawers, Plate Rack, Dust Cover, Cylinder Head Pegs, and Rotating Cradle.

Options include: Block Testing, 6 kw single phase heater, OS-220C Filtration System, and Cylinder Head Cradle Fixture.

The new Pro Model sports seven 22" x 9" x 3" deep lined storage drawers for tooling and fixturing.
For preparations on the cylinder head
before testing the new Pro Model uses a pair of adjustable v-wing pegs for added convenience.

The new Pro Model cradle systems are powdered coated and use stainless steel, non-corrosive bolts, inserts and lock handles for extended life and smooth
operation.

The new Pro Model uses a

handy
turning carousel for quickly locating 2, 3, and 4 cylinder, V-6 and V-8 applications.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

For those special applications the Pro Model can be equipped with an optional factory installed thermostat controlled 6000 watt single phase heater with auto low water cutoff switch. 60 -180 degree range.
To assist in keeping the tank solution clean an OS-220 Surface Filter can be added. System includes self priming air pump, 6 hour timer, dual 20" cartridge filters and more. Os-220 Filter System
